Are you consuming your Hemp Seeds Daily?


We have found that the clients in our clinic who follow our Nutritional guidelines and consistently consume Hemp Seeds get the best results, so we are sharing some of our favorite recipes to inspire you.

Hemp milk can be used as a vegan option for any recipe requiring milk, and Hemp seed smoothies are an excellent pre or post-workout option, and or meal replacement.


You can add Hemp seeds to any recipe, to reap the benefits of this amazing whole food, however blending hemp seeds in a smoothie or dressing will release omega 3 and 6 oils and make your smoothie or dressing easier to digest.
