Initial Consultation
45 minutes
NEW CLIENTS

We take time to discuss your current health concerns, medical history, diet, lifestyle, and wellness goals. Your consultant will work with you to devise an individualised treatment protocol which may include cell food concentrates, herbal supplements, dietary and lifestyle suggestions.
Follow Up Consultation
15 minutes ($30)
EXISTING CLIENTS

Follow ups are necessary to assess how your treatment is progressing and ensure you are getting the desired results. Your protocol may need to be adjusted as your health changes. These appointments also provide the opportunity to ask questions, discuss dosages or potential side effects, and update scripts.
Revised Consultation
45 minutes
EXISTING CLIENTS

Should your health concerns change, or if more than 12 months has passed since your last consultation, you will be required to book a 45-minute Revised Consultation. Your consultant will conduct a thorough re-assessment and devise a new treatment protocol for your current requirements.
Follow Up Consultation
30 minutes ($50)

Longer appointments may be utilised to delve more deeply into the underlying causes of your symptoms. Diet and lifestyle factors have a huge impact on your health, and we are here to guide and support you with the implementation of long-term strategies to ensure your health and wellbeing are maximised.
Script
Renewals
EXISTING CLIENTS

Scripts are valid for 12 months. After this time they will expire, and if you have NOT had a Follow Up Appointment, you will be required to pay a script renewal fee of $15. If you have a Follow Up, the cost of script renewal is included in the fee. A fee is only charged if this is required as a separate service.

Veterans Consultant

An alternative naturopathic approach with plant medicines to specifically help treat Veterans suffering from PTSD, anxiety and sleep disorders. We also aim to provide plant medicines that help alleviate any physical discomforts that are being experienced with a new approach to mental and physical health.

Dr Shieh is still servicing our community both face to face, and via Telehealth (provided you have had an appointment with her in person in the previous 12 months).
